Mumbai: Bombay High Court on Thursday Minister Maharashtra Nawab Malik to submit an insured statement on Saturday with a petition that accused the insults by him given from making public allegations against Dnyandev Wankhede, 72, the father of the former director of Zonal NCB Sameer Wankhede and his family.
Wankhede, a retired state excise officer, has now submitted an insulting petition against the Cabinet Minister for the development of skills and entrepreneurship, Malik, 62, claiming intentional violations by him given on December 7, 2021, to the High Court did not make or post comment slander Wankhede family, in public, through all ways of publication.
Biren nerves, senior advice for Wankhede, showed the previous order where Malik had given a business to court and said Malik did insult and made a statement in violations.
He said Malik had previously apologized before and had convinced HC that even if the question was put forward to him by the media in connection with the Wankhede family, he would not respond or comment.
Nerves, made delivery before the judiciary of SJ Kathawalla and Millind Jadhav, said, “The only exception carved in the order on December 10 is that his statement would not prevent Malik comment on the political abuse of the Central Institute and the behavior of their officers in their duties after it was done.
“Reading a press conference transcript in January 2022, the nerves proposed that the statement was made clear about the accusation carried out previously what was done further.
Malik’s advocacy submitted a statement falling in the exception carved in front of the court and looking for time to submit a reply.
The court asked from Malik’s lawyer what the minister “tried to reach”.
The court then observed that if the purpose of seeking freedom to talk about events seems to have been taken to continue talking like this and that the court can consider revoking freedom.
