Hyderabad: Chennakeshavulu’s 17-year-old Chennakeshavulu Widow, who was accused of rape and murder brings together the Supreme Court appointed a request for investigation on Tuesday that her husband could not commit a crime.
“How can he (Chennakeshavulu) commit a crime like that can hardly stand up? He suffered from kidney disease,” he told the police lawyer involved in the alleged meeting.
Referring to a written statement in front of the commission, advocate asked on the basis of what he called the meeting false and called brutal murder.
Renuka said her husband worked in a truck for some time and had to stop due to kidney problems.
A few days after his arrest, they received a call from the police who told them that her husband could not stand up and fall.
“We told them that he suffered kidney problems and, on their insistence on evidence, my father-in-law sent a medical note,” Renuka said.
Advice, which represents the police, then shows CCTV reaching where Chennakeshavulu stood with the defendant.
Before that, Renuka mentioned before the commission at the time of his marriage, he was 13 and her husband was 15 years old, adding that he missted his age as 19 in a written statement because he was underage.
At 3 am on November 29, 2019, the owner of the Srinivas Reddy truck came to their home and along with other people in a civil dress and took him away saying they wanted him to show Arif’s house, another accusation was killed in a suspected meeting, said Renuka.
Referring to the accident, Advisor Virupaksha Commission Dattatreya Goud asked why the police were paying attention to the treatment of his father-in-law.
While acknowledging that the police had attended treatment, Renuka accused Srinivas Reddy can be responsible for the accident because the incident occurred two days after his father-in-law stated that something had happened to him.
During Crossexamination by state advice v Surender Rao, Renuka said he had two aadhaar, but was thrown away.
