Hyderabad: Continuing his argument before the scppointed request commission for the second day in a row, Advocate Vasudha Nagaraj has stated that the arrest of a rape and murder case was illegally accused because the arrest memo was not implemented in violating part 41-B CRPC and the status of teenagers from three defendants were not verified by No police, who arrested them, and judges, who sent them in judicial detention.
