Hyderabad: The NHRC Panel Investigation Team designated not to take photos or videos from the meeting site in Chattanpally and because it did not record a police statement that was injured in the hospital during his visit after alleged fire in December 2019.
Commission Chairperson vs Sirpurkar, Member – Rekha Sondur Baldota DS Karthikeyan – and his advocates submitted several questions to NHRC diging Manzil Saini during his deposition.
He said the NHRC team did not attract the map of the incident in Chattanpally or took photos and videos during his visit on December 7, 2019, due to the presence of a crowd, including the media.

When the panel asked him why they did not record, he said: “In accordance with the doctor, police personnel were received in hospitals for receiving injuries during the meeting and they were not in a condition to give their statement.” The panel then asked for excavation to give the doctor’s name told the NHRC team that the injured police were not in a position to give a statement.
The panel then caught the attention of the excavation to the letter (December 9, 2019), signed by the official signing of a private hospital where the two police admitted, allowing the NHRC team to speak with two police officers.
The team was also given access to the record of one of the doctors, Dr.
Rajesh Rachha, who attended the injured police that said (on December 9) that “on the examination, conscious patients, coherent and in clear thoughts.
