JAMSHEDPUR: SP (City) Subash Chandra JAT made a surprising visit to the Kadma Police Station here on Tuesday morning to take a pending stock of cases at the station and oversee the work posted there.
The source said JAT had visited the steel city police station in the past also to oversee the performance of officials posted there.
During his visit, JAT asked about the actions taken by the police against thugs in the area.
Then, Jat personally examined all the records of the police station.
SP also instructed police officials from the Kadma police station to ensure the rapid disposal of all cases handled by the station.
