Dist Gears Up for Mega Inoculated Drives with 1.5 Lakh Vaccine Doses

Coimbatore: This district is ready to watch the mass vaccination drive on Sunday, when it will set 1,500 camps with a one-day allocation of 1.5 lakh vaccine doses.
G S Ssyat District collector has asked people, who have not received the first and second dose, to take advantage of opportunities.
Drive vaccination will last for 12 hours starting from 7am to 7:00 a.m.
on Sunday.
The collector has requested NGM, the association of resident’s welfare and other organizations to sponsor inoculation camps that day.
Sameran has held a meeting with income and commissioner Corporation Corporation on Wednesday to plan a vaccination drive, which will focus on places close to the Kerala border, and hilly villages and areas that are not connected with public transportation.
Vaccination camp will also be held at a government hospital, the primary and central health center for lunch.
District administration has taken various steps to make the entire population that meets the earliest vaccinated requirements.
Around the clock vaccination drive and special camps in schools and colleges are directed to reach their targets.
Senior health officials said the district had used more vaccine doses late and received more quota.
According to him, this district received more than 40,000 vaccine doses at this time, against 19,000 doses of about six weeks ago.
On August 25, this district has used 47,800 of 50,470 doses received.
Housing associations, industrial organizations and different associations have provided logistical support to analyzen occupants of the day.
