New Delhi: Even because there is a consistent decrease in Covid’s daily cases since May, several countries noted a high share of cases, health officials said underlining the need for proactive steps to load infection in a broader group.
Five countries – Kerala, Maharashtra, TN, Andhra Pradesh and Odisha – accounted for 73.4% of new cases in July.
Although the case trajectory decreases, part of these countries with total increases, especially Kerala and Maharashtra – which add more than 51% of cases reported in July so far.
“This shows that the infection will be localized in a limited geographical field that requires intensive detention steps while there is no room for satisfaction,” said Secretary of the LAV Agarwal Health Ministry.
There are also countries such as Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura and Pradesh Arunachal who witnessed a surge in the case.
The center has sacred the team to the 11 countries to help the government in controlling the spread.
In addition to the northeastern state, the team has been sent to Maharashtra, Chhattisgarh, Kerala and Odisha.
The center is also alarming the slowdown at the rate of decline in new cases of daily events that have stagnated at an average of around 40,000 cases since the last three weeks.
At present, there are 55 districts in 13 countries that report 10% participants.
While Rajasthan traced the list with nine districts like that, Kerala and Manipur each had eight districts, Meghalaya had seven and Nagaland five districts.
