Hubballi: District Hospital and Government Taluk in the State of Bengaluru, Mysuru, Mangaluru, and Dharwad will soon have an Icus tele as part of the project to improve facilities in government hospitals.
During the past one and a half years, the Ministry of Health has run Tele ICU facilities using the zoom application.
Now, using advanced technology, the state government will install PTZ cameras and other equipment where doctors in remote places can not only interact with patients, but can also examine them thoroughly.
To prepare an advanced TELE ICU planned the state government to spend RS 7 Crore to start, and more funds will be pumped if needed.
