District Judge limits the entry of people, advocates

Kanpur: In accordance with additional guidelines issued by the High Court of Allahabad, Kanpur District Judge Nagar Mayak Jain has limited the entry of Wangigants, advocates and office staff at the court.
Orders come into force since Monday.
The High Court communicates additional guidelines to all state district courts on January 16.
Under additional guidelines, in urgent cases, with previous permits from district judges, these people, May were permitted to enter the court.
District judges must ensure that 50 percent of judicial officers from total strength will attend the court at the time of rotation.
According to guidelines, female justice staff will be released to attend the court.
If necessary, they must be allowed to work from home.
