Other residents, Lalitha M, who will go to Kewali with their families say, “All of our large families are in Bhadrachalam.
We will go to the village and will stay there for four days.” Getaways and Staycations nearby are also popular with hotels and resorts on In and around the city that fills up quickly.
“I asked with a resort, a few hours from the city, and was surprised to find that it was filled.
So, I decided to order myself to one of the top hotels in the city this weekend,” Rahul V, a private employee.
Staycations seem to be the preferred choice especially among those who try to avoid traveling during a pandemic.

Tirupati and Shirdi are preferred the purpose of the pilgrimage travelers while Goa, Jodhpur and Port Blair are popular among tourist destinations, data shows.
“I haven’t vacationed since the pandemic starts two years ago.
