Gurugram: The fourth person who was beaten by the bullet during a feather indiscriminately at the house of former Sarpanch from Manesar Village at Dewali Night surrendered to injury at a private hospital on Monday.
Former Sarpanch and other relatives have died before.
Balram Singh’s family member, a cousin of former Sarpanch who died on Monday, protested outside the hospital gate and refused to take the body unless the police arrested the main charges.
So far, eight people have been arrested in connection with the murder.
They were allegedly given a shelter to be accused of the main, which came from the same village of Kasan as the former Sarpanch and was still runaway.

After Balram’s death on Monday, two people, including an eight-year-old boy, was treated for a hospital injury.
The shooting, the police said, was the fall of hostility between two families in the village from 2007.

The two sons were handed over for life imprisonment.
A few years ago, when they came out with guarantees, Yogender, Manoj’s brother, hatched a conspiracy to kill them.
Sanjay Singh, Balram’s relatives, said all the defendants had been identified from CCTV footage.
“But they were not arrested.
Everyone has a criminal background,” he added.
ACP (crime) Preet Pal Sangwan said they had caught eight people until now and hoped to immediately handle others.
“Those who have been arrested until now are part of a larger conspiracy.
They have provided protection to the main charges,” ACP said.
