Gurugram: The fourth person who was beaten by the bullet during a feather indiscriminately at the house of former Sarpanch from Manesar Village at Dewali Night surrendered to injury at a private hospital on Monday.

ACP (crime) Preet Pal Sangwan said they had caught eight people until now and hoped to immediately handle others.
“Those who have been arrested until now are part of a larger conspiracy.
They have provided protection to the main charges,” ACP said.
