Turugram: Residents of the upper grade community were ordered for allegedly threatening and hitting a man with a beer bottle during a Diwali party.
In his complaint, Ravinder Kumar Sharma (48), who lived in sector 7, said he had gone with his wife to the residence of Vipul Greens from his sister and his brother-in-law at Sohna Road on Saturday to care for their children the couple had to go for Chandigarh because of an emergency.
On Sunday, the community organized Diwali Mela and the party, which Sharma, his wife and sisters were present.
Around 19:45 a.m., Samar Gupta, a resident, went to the dance floor and began dancing with a beer bottle in his hand.
Sharma said when someone else became anxious, he asked the Gupta to stop, leading to verbal symbol between the two.
Gupta, he accused, threatening him and pushed him to the side.
Immediately after, Sharma called the security guard and asked them to ensure that no one danced with or carrying a bottle of liquor in the open.
Gupta and family members returned to their flat after this.
Then at night, Sharma said he received a call on the flat intercom of his sister from Ms.
Gupta asked her to come to the lobby to speak.
But as soon as he stepped out of the elevator, Gupta and his parents began to attack him, he claimed.
They suspected he was in his face and one of them destroyed a beer bottle on his head.
Sharma falls and a sustainable head injury.
Gurugram Police spokesman Subhash Benken said the police team rushed to place after receiving a call and recorded a statement of security guards and members of Rwa.
Sharma was taken to the hospital for care where he received a lot of stitches.
The case was registered against the Gupta under the IPC 147 (riots), 149 (unlawful assembly), 323 (attack) and 506 (criminal intimidation) at the conscious police station.
