MELBOURNE: The Australian Federal Court will publish the dismissal of the dismissal of Tennis Novak Djokovic facing the visibility on Thursday at 0515 GMT, the court said.
The reason will be read out in court by James Allsop’s chairman in the online streaming session, a court spokesman said.
Djokovic was deported from Australia on Sunday night, just a few hours after the court rejected his efforts to live in the country to play in the Australian Open, where he hoped to win the main title 21.
The first grand slam tournament began on Monday.
His departure ended the rollercoaster 11 days after the visual cancellation on arrival because he did not have the right medical liberation of Covid-19 vaccination requirements.
His saga has triggered a global debate for the rights of people who chose not to be vaccinated because the government was seen protecting the public from the Pandemic Coronavirus.
Djokovic was held at the Immigration Detention Hotel for several days until the court returned his visits on the grounds that he had been treated unfairly at the airport.
Late last Friday the government canceled his visa again on the grounds that he might foster anti-vaccination sentiment if he was allowed to stay.
Djokovic challenges cancellations about the reasons that have acted by the minister not rationally, but the court rejects this case.
