DK stood second in school receipts in the state

Mangaluru: Dakshina Kannada (DK) District stood second in the state in school receipts from Standards I to X.
Despite soaring Covid-19 cases in the district, acceptance to the government, the schools assisted and not paid were good.
The first place was bagged by Uttara Kannada at 98.4% of reception, and the second DK stood with 98.1% of the receipt was completed so far.
The Udupi District stands seventh with 97.2% of the receipt, and Bengaluru Urban South stands in the country with 76.1% of acceptance.
Overall, the state has reached 93% of acceptance on August 12.
According to officials from the Department of Public Teaching, teachers and officials in the district work hard despite the increase in Covid-19 cases.
Malleswamy, DDPI, DK, told TOI that acceptance in government and assisted schools had seen an increase due to the addition of greater Bilingual Middle School Kannada.
“This year alone, we have added about 32 bilingual high schools, and the number has increased to 82 schools in DK,” he said.
DK has a target of 3,18,436 acceptance, where 3,12,394 receipts have been achieved so far.
From class I to X, only the class I have achieved 93% of reception, and the rest of the class has acceptance above 98%.
In a hurry for reception, especially in government and assisted schools, Malleswamy said there was hope among parents and children that the school would continue earliest, as soon as the second wave of Covid-19.
However, it is not possible because the numbers are soaring.
“SDMC schools, teachers, officials and locals are reasons for good reception,” he said, adding there will be no time limit set for receipts.
This year’s acceptance has also seen many students who previously studied in private English high schools to migrate to Kannada-English Middle School Schools.
Malleswamy said that the assisted school had seen an additional 7% registration.
“We have the target of recognizing 46,229 students, but recognizing 49,608 students, while the DK government school has seen 1% additional receipts,” he said.
The school decision was reopened from August 23, Malleswamy said that it would be taken after a discussion with Deputy Commissioner K v Rajendra.
