Ranchi: District Legal Services Authority (DLSA) has extended assistance to a small boy who experienced sexual harassment in children of the government where he lived in the city.
The boy stated that the defendant had committed a crime since September 18.
The defendant was arrested.
Secretary of the DLSA Kamla Kumari on Sunday met the boy and looked for information about the incident.
He also asked the central supervisor who said he was not present in the middle when the incident happened.
Kumari said, “The active effort to track members of the boy’s family so that the government can extend the welfare scheme to them.
The proposal to make the boy be treated at school is also being considered.
The source said that the boy came from Bihar.
