Chennai: DMK MP Wilson is one of the 16 MPS Rajya Sabha in the country attending all parliamentary committee meetings scheduled for the past year.
Wilson tweeted, “I was one of the 16 members of Rajya Sabha who had a difference in attending all scheduled parliamentary committee meetings (one) last year and had a 100% presence.” He is a member of two committees – (1) personnel, public complaints, law and justice and (2) privileges.
A report was compiled by the Kokya Sabha secretariat where he was stated that 16 members of Rajya Sabha from various political parties at home alone had a 100% presence at a panel meeting carried out for the past year until August, 2021.
