(Damepl) has submitted an application in the Delhi High Court on January 7 stating that Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) with insults, has failed to comply with the last sequence of the court being ratified on December 22 which has directed DMRC to the full disclosure of all bank accounts and Funds are lying on the account within one week.
Application by Damepl in response to Affidavit DMRC submitted on January 5 where he has conducted a partial disclosure / limited bank account only in connection with the hospital.

Damepl said the DMRC behavior clearly showed that he deliberately tried to defeat and delay the process of the execution of arbitration awards, and also ensured that the next hearing scheduled for 11 January became ineffective.
