New Delhi: Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has pocketed awards for excellence in urban transportation for “the best passenger service and satisfaction”.
“We are pleased to tell you that Delhi Metro is given with ‘awards for excellence in urban transportation’ by the Union Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs under the Metro Rail Category with the best service and passenger satisfaction,” DMRC tweeted on Friday night.
DMRC Managing Director Mangu Singh received an award from the Minister of Housing and Urban Affairs Hardeep Singh Puri at the 1421 Urban Mobility India (UMI) conference in Delhi.
