PATNA: Police employees in Bihar are rapped for”unnecessarily” with their cellular phones while on duty and cautioned that such acts that compromise in their efficacy might be treated just as indiscipline and encourage action so.
A circular to this effect had been issued Tuesday by Director General of Police S K Singhal, a copy of that has gone viral about interpersonal networking.
