Chennai: Madras High Court has refused to continue to handle its constitutional validity.
Judicial Division Bench M M Sundresh and Justice S Kannnammal passed the temporary command on Wednesday, while refusing to remain an operating law that provides internal reservations.
The court then posted a final hearing request on September 14.
The court tended to pass the command to wear a notification party to the acceptance and appointment of the meeting, said Bench.
Previously, representing the state government, Advocate General R Shunmugasundam submitted that the applicant had failed to secure a temporary stay from the Supreme Court and even from the first bench in this court.
Therefore, pressing such orders before this court is unfair.
Supporting the State Stand, Senior Advocate G Masilamani argues that interim giving at this stage will bring the process of acceptance to traffic jams and will create confusion in the minds of students or not to join or not.
Against the argument, senior advocate for Petitioner K M Vijayan proposed that the court must pass while living against the acceptance to educational institutions because the same thing cannot be canceled if the case was decided.
The problem is related to the law which was passed by the AIDMK government then a few minutes before the model of the behavior of the model began ahead of the assembly election.
Furthermore, a series of pils was transferred in the High Court which challenged the exclusive reservation validity for the Vanniyar community.
Applicants, including associations from various communities that fall under the MBC category, said that if the reservation was carried out, Vanniyars and other sub-casts under the community of Vanniyakula Kshatriya would enjoy a reservation of 10.5% exclusively in entry into higher education and other government services The other 25 CASE under the MBC and 68 CASTES under DC must share 7% of the reservations remaining.
After the change in regime, the DMK government currently also supports reservations and submits that internal reservation for Vanniyars has been given based on a survey conducted by the Tamil Nadu Backward class commission in 1983.
It adds that the exclusive reservation will not affect these prospects will not affect the prospects of members Other MBC, BCS and other communities.
