Chennai: Madras High Court has refused to continue to handle its constitutional validity.
Judicial Division Bench M M Sundresh and Justice S Kannnammal passed the temporary command on Wednesday, while refusing to remain an operating law that provides internal reservations.
The court then posted a final hearing request on September 14.

Against the argument, senior advocate for Petitioner K M Vijayan proposed that the court must pass while living against the acceptance to educational institutions because the same thing cannot be canceled if the case was decided.
