Rajkot: A luxurious resort that developed illegally at the distance of kissing from Sanctuam gir wildlife in Junagadh for the past three years has been found by the Ministry of Forestry.
After the revelation and the next investigation, police Talala arrested the owner of Dr.
Rasik Vaghasiya resort, an una city gynecologist in the Gir-Somnath district.
Dr.
Vaghasiya was ordered under the Land Grabbing Land Gujarat 2020.
According to the police source, Dr.
Vaghasiya had bought seven biga land adjacent to the Sanctuary Gir in Hadmatiya Village (GIR) several years ago.
Then, he illegally penetrated five BIGHA forest land.
He then built a resort with 24 rooms, conference hall and restaurant in 2018.
This property was built with the name ‘drugs’ and doctors doing good business.
He hasn’t taken permission from the department concerned to run the resort.
The Department of Forest officials learned that he had won forest land and submitted an application before the collectorate.
Introduction Investigations found this correct and complaints submitted against him under the law of new land seizure enforced.
The police have also taken a list of resorts to be investigated.
The source says that more cases of people who reach forest land can appear in the next few weeks.
