Lucknow: Dental Surgeons were sent to prison in court detention by the court in Sultanpur for allegedly establishing the signature of the IRANI Union minister on fake documents related to the appointment of Vartika Singh International Shooter as a member of the National Women’s Commission (NCW).
Proceedings of the court came in connection with the FI 23 November submitted by Vijay Gupta, Iran’s aide, Minister of Union for the welfare of women and children.
In Fight, nesting with the Musafirkhana police station at Amethi, Gupta accused Vartika and former MP Kamal Kishore Commando congress from Bogus Prima Facie documents circulating on social media to defame the image of the Union minister.
In the document, Vartika Singh accused Gupta had calmed him Rs 25 Lakh, convincing his appointment as a member of the NCW through the minister.
The Ojha Parshuram Inspector told the Toi that during the investigation, it appeared that the documents circulated by Vartika with the help of the former MP, was actually prepared by a Dental Surgeon Dr.
Rajnish Kumar in Convance with the intention to target the image of the Union minister.
“We have submitted a Chargesheet against Vartika and Dr.
Kumar on charges of dishonesty, forgery, forgery valuable documents,” Ojha said.
After Chargesheet was filed Dr.
Kumar reportedly went to the underground after that the police approached the court looking for a warrant that was not supreme to him.
Ojha said that on Friday, the dentist gave up before the court when the police had put up pressure by starting the process to attach its property.
Dr.
Kumar appeared before the Special Judge MP / MLA PK Jayant Court which sent him to detention until September 17.
Meanwhile, Vartika also applied at a court stating that he was also a victim.
