Bengaluru: A doctor who runs a private hospital in North Bengaluru has been arrested on charges of locking and defeating a driver of the Autorickshaw in the club for allegedly insulting his friend.
Dr.
Rakesh Shetty, in the late 40s and owner of the Sri Maruti Hospital, Bagalur near Yelahanka, was held based on complaints submitted by V Murali, 26, from Yelakanka on November 8.
According to Murali, Rakesh Shetty and his friends urinated in his mouth and on his body.
DCP (Northeast) CK Baba said the search was there for three more suspects.

I lost consciousness.
The next morning, I came out of The club and using someone’s phone, I called my parents.
They shifted me to Yelakeka Hospital, “he said.
An officer said an injury to the Murali’s body, a doctor’s medical certificate and CCTV footage from the crime scene confirmed the attack.
The defendant has been ordered under the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) part 324 (voluntarily causing injured by weapons or dangerous facilities) 342 (wrong confinement) 504 (intentional insults with the intention to provoke peace violations) and 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) Besides ACTS SC and ST (Bursa prevention).
