Ambala: The Association of Haryana’s Civil Medical Services (HCMSA) postponed the call in all states to accommodate attacks from December 13, as Minister of State House and Anil Health Health on Sundays were convinced to fulfill their requests on December 31.
In the intimacy of the Director Haryana (DGHS) on Saturday, the delegation of a country medical officer led by HCMSA President Dr.
Jasbir Singh (JS) Panwar held a meeting with Anil VIJ at the PWD Rest House at Ambala Cantonment on Sunday.
The meeting between the Minister of Representatives and HCMSA lasted about one and a half hours starting at 12 noon.
After the meeting, HCMSA decided to postpone their attack calls until December 31, given the guarantee given by Minister VIJ.
HCMSA raised complaints against the health of the main state Secretary (ACS) Rajeev Arora before the Minister of Health, who said that he would speak with Minister of Chief (CM) about the same thing.
DGHS Dr.
Vena Singh was also present at the meeting.
Dr.
J Parmar said that they had reached the consensus on three demands with the Minister of Health, which convinced that the file concerned would be accelerated.
“Mantri Ji (VIJ) listened to us in a very friendly way.
We gave him information about the place of the relevant file jammed.
Mantri Ji has convinced and promised that he would fulfill our three demands on December 31.
We hope we get a gift in the new year .
Therefore, we defer Andolan (movement) until 31 December and we hope that we do not need to get together again “, said Dr JS Parmar, standing at the side of Anil Vij in Ambala.
For a query, Dr.
Parmar said, “Our bureaucracy is dominant and they sit with our files while Mantri Ji never stops anyone’s file.
The files are trapped in finance and at the ACS Sahib office always.” Anil VIJ said, “I have listened to all the problems (hcmsa) and I will put my full strength to solve it earliest.
Will not need to strike (by a doctor) and this problem will be completed earlier (December 31).” Doctors are not happy with AC behavior.
In particular, HCMSA representatives were called for meetings by DGHS Dr.
Vena Singh in his office on Friday.
The two parties held a discussion, followed which, at the request of DGHS Dr.
Vena Singh, the delegation of five members led by Dr.
J Swar, went to hold a meeting with the Ministry of Health in Chandigarh.
Because of the alleged violation by ACS, the HCMSA delegation did not hold a discussion and exited the meeting with ACS, which was running for almost five minutes.
After this, Dr Panwar held a meeting with the association, who decided to keep the OPDs closed on December 13.
HCMSA also decided that if the government did not recognize their demands on December 13, they will also stop emergency services from December 14.
On the other hand, DGHS Dr.
Veena Singh asked HCMSA not to break down given the concern of the third wave of Covid-19.
HCMSA demanded to stop the direct recruitment of the Senior Medical Officer (SMOS), filling out a blank post of specialist doctors after forming ‘specialist cadres’ and amendments in post graduation policies.
HCMSA said that there were around 2,000 specialist positions agreed in the state, around 1,200 lying empty and only about 700 specialists offering their services that were not enough to cover the entire population of Haryana.
