Letter: Medical Officer Municipal Corporation-Run (SMC) Letter Municipal Institute of Medical Education and Research (Smimer) was found to accept bribery Rs 2,500 to provide a positive Covid-19 report to a man without a test.
The complainant wants a positive Covid report to avoid hearing court because it should still be present directly.
He knew the defendant Dr.
Gadhia was poured for the past few months.
Dr.
Gadhia demanded Rs 6,000, including he received the previous Rs 2,500.
But he was caught taking Rs 2,500 again at the smimer hospital entrance gate.
A MBBS from the BJ Medical College based in Ahmedabad and served in the government for 26 years, Dr.
Gadhia provides a positive Covid-19 quick antigen report about the crystal laboratory sans test.
The trap was placed by the Anti-Corruption Inspector Team (ACB) NK Kamaliya and K Chaudhary under the supervision of Gohil NP, Assistant Director, ACB, Letter.
“The complainant wants liberation from a court session and thus wants a positive Covid-19 report,” said ACB Officer.
