Nagpur: Dr.
Rajesh Baghe and his wife Rashmi was ordered with four others for allegedly deceiving Presta Bahatude and his partners more than Rs1.34 Crore.
Cheating violations were registered at the Pachpaoli police station.
Police said Baghe and his partners had signed a business agreement with Bahatude and his colleagues in 2018 to collaborate on several clinical products and allied services.
Bahatude also deposited around RS1.18 Crore with Dr.
Baghe’s company, police said.
It was studied, Bahatude only got some of the many equipment he ordered.
When he began demanding for deposits and investments, Baghes and their colleagues did not return the number, police said.
