Vadodara: Faced with the photos that compromise with law students who accused him of raping him, Ashok Jain’s rental accountant denied all charges of having a physical relationship with a 24-year-old woman.
Jain maintained his claim that he used to meet him only for professional reasons.
“We asked him several times and even asked him about his photo with the girl where he was seen sitting close to him in bed.

The police said that Jain’s potential test would also be the main evidence in the case investigation.
Regarding the memory card lost from a spy camera installed at the girl’s residence, the police said that the camera would be sent for the FSL test.
“The camera has a memory card slot and so, we will try to make sure if any card is put into it.
Jain said that he did not have a memory card,” added the police.
A police team had gone to Mumbai on Sunday along with Jain to gather evidence against him.
The defendant will be taken to all places where he puts up on the run.
If the police find evidence of anyone who helps a fugitive when running, more arrests can follow, said source.
“Jain also admitted that rape victims were involved in land transactions that he took Bhatt’s assistance.
Bhatt was not an investor at Jain’s CA company but helped him on land,” police official said.
Survivor, who is a private university student, has submitted a rape case against Jain and Bhatt on September 19.
The crime branch starts investigating if it occurs by the police commissioner.
