Don’t burn stumps, use as a livestock fodder: up govt

Lucknow: feeding stumps for wild livestock has been obeyed as a key measure by the Yogi Aditentalath government to remove agricultural residues, which are often burned by farmers, triggering widespread air pollution during the winter in Uttar Pradesh and neighboring countries.
