Don’t force students to attend physical classes: HC

Hyderabad: Telangana High Court on Tuesday directing the school, both the government and the private sector, that they cannot force a student to go to school directly if his parents do not tend to send their ward to the institution.
Educational institutions throughout the country are arranged to reopen in September 1.
Chairman of the Acting MS Ramachandra Rao and Justice T Vinod Kumar also directed the country, social welfare, and tribal welfare wing to reopen housing schools until further orders.
“Every effort, which is obtained by any school management who ignores it from any obligation if the child is infected with Coronavirus while in school, will not have a legal effect and will be interpreted as having been given under coercion and contrary to public policy.
There is no sentence It must be given to children who fail to attend physical classes, “said the court.
HC gave several other temporary directions while hearing pills filed by Balakrishna Mandapati from East Marredpally in Secunderabad, who had challenged the decision of the school education department which ordered the reopening of pre-prejudice and primary school schools.
Unable to punish schools that prefer online classes: Madung bench expand the scope of pill prayer and say all children up to grade 10 are vulnerable, without symptoms, and unknown and therefore fall under concern and protection.
“They are young people and it’s hard to make sure they keep masked throughout school hours,” Bench said.
“School and state management does not have to force them to attend classes physically.
If certain schools are not to reopen their places for physical functions and vice versa prefer to do online classes, countries cannot punish such institutions …,” Bench said.
The judges said that “Coronavirus was still present in the country and had mutated into several variants”.
Two waves end and one third is on the card, which is predicted to hit the state in September-October.
School children interact closely with teachers and staff who do not teach and are not cases of countries that are all vaccinated now.
Children may be infected from them and accidentally become a symptomatic virus carrier, the word bench.
The court also said that there were certain parts of parents and school management, the same different reason it might want to have an offline class.
“This order applies to government and private schools and includes all children to grade 10 and not only primary and preprimary classes,” Bench said.
“Private schools who want to run their school physically can do it after following all standard procedures,” he added.
For government housing schools, the bench remains reopened and directs the country to explain the preventive measures that have been taken and arrangements made such as improving medical facilities if children are beaten by viruses.
The expert advisory committee attached to disaster management wings must also provide a report on status, Bench said and posted this case until October 4.
