New Delhi: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) National Convenal Kejriwal on Saturday asked party leaders and volunteers not to keep the desire to post and tickets to conduct polls and prove their value by working for the community and the state.
During his virtual address at the National Council of the Party met, Kejriwal said he did not want people to recognize AAP as parties such as BJP and Congress, and request partymen to release their aspirations for the post and ticket.
“If you come to me ask for a post, that means you don’t deserve it and you have to sue it.
You have to work in such a way that I have to say that you have to hold that position,” Kejriwal said.
AAP focuses on Punjab, Goa, Uttarakhand, Uttar, Uttar Pradesh, and Gujarat as part of the national expansion plan.
“Shahid-e-azam Bhagat Singh and Baba Saheb Ambedkar are the two highest ideals of our party.
Each of our volunteers must be prepared to sacrifice like them,” he said.
The 10th National Council meeting of the Aadmi Party was held online because of Covid’s pandemic.
