Mumbai: Actor Bollywood Shilpa Shilty in a statement to Police Mumbai claimed that he was not aware of his husband’s activities Raj Kundrra when he was busy with his work, according to the additional load sheets submitted by city police in court here in connection with cases related to pornographic films .
Shetty’s statement was part of the load sheet filed before the Magistrate Court on Wednesday by the police against Kundra, 46, and his colleague Ryan Thorpe.
The case against Kundrra, was arrested in July this year, related to alleged pornographic film creation and published it through several applications.
According to the Sheet, Shetty told the police that he knew nothing about the application of the HotShots and Bollywood Fame, which was allegedly used by opening and channeled obscene content.
Shetty claims she “did not know what her husband did when he was busy with his work”, said the allegation.
Other actors Sherlyn Chopra, in his statement, told the police that Kundra asked him to work for the Hotshots application “without hesitation”.
He was told that the Hotshots application would have more brave and hot videos, but Chopra refused, the word charging.
Chopra further told the police that he had signed a contract with the Firm Waiter Media Pvt Ltd to make a cellular application called ‘The Sherlyn Chopra App’.
Saurabh Kushwaha and Raj Kundra are directors of the company, he told the police.
Chopra claims that according to the agreement, he will get 50 percent of the income, but he never gets his share, the word sheet is the accusation.
Another witness shah tells the police that he made three films for the Hotshots application during the locking on March 2020.
Then, Yash Thakur, a defendant in this case, asked him to work in the film, which he claimed to be a repeat.

He was told that it would have a very “brave and erotic” scene, but this film would not be played in India.
But, the film was shown in India and when he was asked to remove a thick scene, Thakur refused, he claimed in his police statement which was part of the accusation sheet.
Yash Thakur, a Singaporean, and the London-based Bakshi Pardeeep has been shown as desirable accused of accusations.
This case is related to the alleged creation of pornographic films and publishes them through several applications.
In April this year, the crime branch submitted a first load sheet in this case against nine people.
In a thick document, the police said the probe carried out by the cell of the crime branch property had revealed that Kundra was a “main facilitator” in a pornographic film case.
Many evidence against Kundra was revealed after technical analysis, the witness statement and from the documents confiscated from his office, he said.
Police said Kundrra and Thorpe, at a conspiracy with the defendant were arrested earlier, took advantage of a financially weak young woman who fought in the film industry and made obscene films with them.
Pornography videos are then uploaded on various websites and cellular applications, they said.
These videos are sold through subscriptions and Kundra “illegally” get millions of them, the word sheet of accusation.
Kundra and Thorpe were arrested by the Mumbai crime branch on July 19 and is currently imprisoned under the judiciary.
Their bail application was waiting in front of the Mumbai session court.
