Don’t stop the staff willing to work, HC tells the MSRTC Union

Mumbai: The public should not be included for suffering, said the Bombay High Court on Monday even when telling the Maharashtra State Transport Transport Corporation (MSRTC) union not to prevent the driver and conductors who are willing to work.
“If someone goes (working), let him go,” said Bench of Judge Praanna Varale and Shriram Modan.
