The Foundation for the RS 422 Crore project was placed by Minister of Minister Nith Kumar on Saturday.
Khurshid Karim, Senior Project Manager of Bihar Rajya Pul Nirman Nigam Limited (BRPNNL), which is the project implementing agent, said: “Ashok Rajpath area is one of the most crowded areas in the city.
