Hyderabad: Vaccination drive for private teachers organized by the Society for Cyberabad Security Council (SCSC) in relation to the Medicover Hospital in Hitex and Boojoy Function Hall, Balanagar on Sunday.
Free vaccination to around 2,000 city teachers is provided as part of the initiative held between 07:00 and 19:00.
The vaccination system that is waiting is set, regardless of nursing station for nursing mothers, five beds in each part and emergency ward.
Speaking of the initiative, SCSC Secretary General, Krishna Yedula said, “The main purpose of this program is to vaccinate more people in the city.
We have taken part in this free vaccination drive because we feel that vaccination programs are the only way out of the crisis At present.
We are pleased with the success of this program.
“Sheikh Shabbir Ali, President, Telangana Private Teacher Forum (TPTF) said that vaccines are an effective way to fight epidemics and it is possible to reach more people by doing massive vaccination programs.
“Teachers have also been identified as Frontline workers in the current situation and free vaccination programs have been made for them.
The most important thing is to take the steps needed to prevent the spread of epidemics.
Vaccines will help prevent the spread of Covid cases and control the third wave risk,” said P Harikrishna, Executive Director, Medicover Group Hospital.
