PATNA: In one of its type episodes, two men from inebriated state supposedly entered to scuffle with police employees after adventurous to barge within Karjain police station assumptions in Supaul on Thursday.
Both the men were afterwards somehow overpowered by four police employees and were detained.
Karjain police station SHO Sanjeev Kumar on Friday reported that the detained persons were diagnosed as Rupak Singh (23) along with Raju Kumar Singh (31).
He stated Rupak is indigenous of Dhadha village beneath neighbouring Ratanpura authorities place in Supaul while Raju is indigenous of Bihra at Saharsa district.
He explained that the chowkidar Sadanand Paswan along with also a constable Sanjeet Kumar were hurt in the scuffle that the accused youths began after police attempted to arrest them to be at inebriated state.
SHO said just he together with the chowkidar along with two constables were in the channel which time.
He explained that both barged in the police station premises at about 12.
30am and have been offered to prison through the night.
SHO reported they had attained the channel in an automobile of Raju’s brother that plies to the water source division (WRD) from the district.
“Before hitting the police station, Rupak had phoned up me alleging that somebody had thrashed him Dumri chowk and he wasn’t taking any actions.
I’d requested him to stay there.
A patrolling car reached there instantly because it was local but they did not find him.
Rupak rang again and he had been requested to arrive at the police station,” Kumar explained.
SHO Kumar stated that the duo made ruckus in the police station after authorities attempted to carry out a breathalyser test .
“The evaluation was later performed by that they were found drunk.
Rupak had elevated blood alcohol.
The vehicle, that also had WRD hammering itwas searched but nothing had been discovered,” he explained.
Kumar stated that both have been reserved for prosecuting authorities employees, obstructing police officers from doing their job and also for breach of prohibition.
