Thiruvananthapuram: The alleged drunk fight between a father and child has resulted in the last murder.
Arkumar, daily wage workers, living in Olathanni under the boundary of the Neylattinkara police station, was the deceased.
The police had taken his 60-year-old father Sasidharan, became custody in connection with the incident.
The police said that the crime allegations took place on Saturday night around 9.30 a night.
The Father and the child reported consuming alcohol together at home and then went bankrupt becoming a snowy fight into a fight.
In riot, Sasidharan grabbed the kitchen knife and stabbed charcoal on his chest.
Neyattinkara Station Inspector of the house officer V n Sagar said that the neighbors told the police that a regular drunken fight between the Father and the child.
“According to neighbors, the Arangumar is more aggressive and starts to harass his father physically.
This repetitive physical abuse may have acted as a catalyst for anger that leads the Sasidharan to commit violations,” the inspector said.
Sasidharan works as a supplier in a restaurant near Neyattinkara.
His wife Santha was at home when crime allegations occurred.
Arkumar is a bachelor.
His body shifted to Mortuary on Sunday after the examination procedure.
Post mortem examination will be carried out on Monday.
Only more than a week ago, a father was killed by his son during a drunk fight that was similar in their home in Vellayani below the Nemom police station.
