Dry stocks, Vax Drive in Rajasthan, Warung Chhattisgarh and Karnataka

Jaipur / Bengaluru / Ranchi: The national covid vaccination drive has been stopped or very slowed in at least three states – Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Karnataka – because they run out of stock.
In Jaipur, almost all government vaccination centers are still closed for the second day in a row on Tuesday.
The situation is the same in several other districts in Rajasthan.
Rajasthan is one of the leading countries in vaccination and has established facilities to manage 15 doses of lakh every day.
However, the state only received 60,000 covaxin doses on Tuesday, the day after receiving two lakh jab.
The Chairperson of the Ashok Minister Gehlot, said only if the center gave a regular dose, countries would be vaccinated on time and the third wave risk would disappear.
The drive achieved unexpected cessation at Chhattisgarh Capital Ranchi on Tuesday after most vaccination sites ran out of covishield and covaxin doses.
With most districts also run out of stock, the state drive will stop from Wednesday, health officials said.
On Monday night, the state only had a little more than 82,000 doses for all 24 districts.
The next consignment of the center will arrive at 2.
July Civil Surgeon Dr.
Vinod Kumar said, “Forbid four vaccination sites at work, we cannot drive on most of our session sites because of lack of dosage.
It was allocated doses for us every day by the State Health Department and there is no allotment today.
Because we do not have stock now, we cannot vaccinate on Wednesday.
“Even though the Jharkhand has been allocated 24 doses of the lakh vaccine for July, it will receive a little more than nine doses between July 1 and July 15.
The country is more vaccinated by a daily recipient of the lakh beneficiary.
In Karnataka, drive vaccination slows due to short-dose supply and this has provided a government plan to cover at least 80% of the adult population in October when the third wave is expected to hit.
The state set a record by giving 11.6 lakh doses on June 21.
In Bengaluru, the BBMP was given a dose of 1.74 lakh, the 1.64 lakh was the first jab.
However, there was a sharp decline in the following day with state and city recordings only 3.95 lakh and 43,901 doses.
