DTCP checks CHD Avenue 71 as a resident says infrared incomplete

Gurgaon: Officials from the City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) on Friday examined the ChD Avenue 71 community after complaints by residents against developers because they did not complete the delayed development work in the community.
On July 26, residents filed a complaint against the developer in the CM window which accused several shortcomings in the project.
The following, the senior city planner held a meeting with residents and developer representatives on August 27 and directed DTCP to carry out site inspections and submit reports within 10 days.
Senior Town Planner, Sanjeev Mann, said that he was waiting for a report from the relevant DTCP official about this issue.
“The required instructions will be issued after receiving the report,” Mann added.
The population in their complaints accused that the condition of a residential certificate was not fully fulfilled by the developer.
They showed that developers received a partial residential certificate between 2013 and 2016 but failed to complete the pending infrastructure work in the community despite repeated complaints.
Representatives of the developer cannot be contacted for comments even though they repeatedly.
In the 861 flat community, more than 750 families today live without the right steps of fire safety, put their lives in danger.
They alleged that firefighters had not spilled fire to the public and also highlighted several other shortcomings.
Gaurav Kalra, a complainator in this matter, said, “There are some shortcomings in the project and the developer has not completed a delayed job of Rs 5 Crore.
The electricity infrastructure lies in the builder.
They have not provided electricity bills to the owner since April 2018 and imposes arbitrary fees Wenang from residents and even without sharing details.
“He added that he had filed a complaint on January 1 this year with the DTCP and the department had issued a notice to developers to submit a compliance report about the project status.
“Until now the developer does nothing in this matter and there is no action taken by the department, after I filed a complaint in the CM window,” Kalra said.
