Gurgaon: The enforcement wing of the section of city and country planning (DTCP) demolished 35 prohibited stores being assembled in one construction in Khandsa on Wednesday.
The action was removed following the building operator, Sector 37 resident Om Prakash Kataria, didn’t obey a show-cause note and a recovery order issued by DTCP.
An FIR was filed last week from Kataria under applicable parts of Haryana Development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act, 1975 for constructing stores without license, construction strategy or permission by the departments involved.
District city planner (authorities ) RS Batth reported that a demolition drive was completed from Khandsa village, in which approximately 35 stores were being built in breach of the principles.
“The inmates were carrying out structure despite warnings.
On Wednesday, the authorities group, with the support of four earthmovers, razed the stores.
The six-hour long driveway was completed from the presence of 200 police employees,” explained Batth.
Kataria, meanwhile, said among those buildings in Khandsa have construction strategies.
“The complainant within my situation is a man against whom I’ve filed several complaints linked to hierarchical structure,” he further added.
