Du entered 2021: more than 52k students ensure acceptance so far

New Delhi: More than 52,000 students have received tickets to Delhi University so far and more than 10,000 applications have been approved by the principal on Wednesday, according to official data.
The university released the third cut-off list on Saturday, with signs needed to get acceptance to undergraduate courses see a 0.25 percent decline to 1.5 percent.
However, cut-offs to popular courses remain on the higher side.
Thursday will be the last day for students to be applied under the third cut-off list, while the college will have time to Friday to approve the application.
Saturday will be the last day for students to make payments.
According to official data, the university has so far received 1.61,024 applications under three lists, while 52,029 students have paid fees.
Nearly 10.558 applications have been approved by the principal.

At Rajdhani College, 291 applications were approved on Wednesday, while 230 was approved on Monday.
Total acceptance under three lists has so far stood at 1.209.
According to Rajesh Dwivedi, the entrance ticket at Aryabhatta College, “until now most of the receipts have been carried out in the Pol Science department (81), the history of the BA + Science Program (60) and Mathematics (60).
He said that on Wednesday they received 213 applications rejected 73.
“Most cancellations have been carried out in BCOM (43), BA programs and computer science (27).
In English awards, seats in the category without full exhibitions but seats in other categories are empty,” Dwivedi said.
He said that computer science BA (Honors) will open in the fourth cut-off list.
