By: Poulia Roy Kolkata: The takeover of the Afghan Taliban has left a separate collateral from his wife Afghanistan, who is now trapped in a torn country.
Speaker of Motivational Shubbrato Dutta, a resident of Nagerbazar near Dum Dum, worried about his 35-year-old Hasho wife, who is now in Kabul.
Over the past five days, Dutta desperately tried to contact him by telephone and on social media sites, but except a brief interaction on the online site on Monday night, he remained incomunicado.
On Monday night, Shubbrato managed to contact Hasho Online – from Ahmedabad where he was in a duty – and asked about the situation.
He gave him some suggestions for safe in the midst of chaos.
But after a few minutes, he left the chat.
Since then, Shubbrato has not received a call or massage from his wife.
“Don’t worry, don’t be nervous, nothing will happen.
We can take care of ourselves.
Everything is really normal now,” Hasho wrote to her husband online on Monday.
He went to Kabul to meet his sister.
Shubbrato warns him that the situation can change get worse and he must be careful.
What he replied, “Don’t worry.
Leave things cold.
We will take a few steps.” Their love story developed in Kabul five years ago.
Shubbrata has been to Kabul for a corporate training session where he met Hasho, an artist based in Kabul.
They fall in love and get married soon.
After marriage, they began living in Nagerbazar.
Religion never came between them but Shubbrato is now afraid that he can be chosen by the Taliban for marrying a Hindu.
“I’m afraid because he even brought a wedding certificate who mentioned my name.
The situation was getting worse and he even brought the Indian entry visa with him,” he said.
On Tuesday, he had conversations with the National Anti-Trade Committee to get his wife back.
SK Jinnar Ali, Chairperson, the National Anti-Trafficking Committee, said, “We have started a conversation with PMO, external affairs and the Indian Embassy in Kabul to save him.” Shubbrato hopes everything will be fine and he will soon meet his wife.
