Dumka Medical College gets a nod to admit 100 students

Daltonganj: Medical Assessment and National Medical Commission Ranking Board has enabled Phulo Jhano Medical College in Dumka to recognize 100 students for the academic year 2021 – 22.
The renewal of the permit to enter is issued on September 30, a copy with TOI.
The Phulo Jhano Medical College is also known as Dumka Medical College.
NMC orders read, “Agreement to enter 100 students in Dumka Medical College is for one academic year – 2021 -22 – only.
Every violation of it in terms of acceptance outside the academic year will be treated as irregular and actions under laws and regulations NMC will begin.
“The fate of two new medical colleges in Palamu and Hazaribag are still unsure.
Additional Chief Secretary of the Ministry of Health Arun Kumar Singh said that they would hold a running interview on 9 and 10 October to overcome the workforce misery in three medical colleges.
