Thane: Thane branches of CENTER TAX AND CENTER (CGST) broke the fake input tax credit racket RS 22-Crore and arrested the duo of the sons in this case.
Based on the Input Central Intelligence Unit, the Mumbai CGST zone and Thane Central GSM Komisarier made arrests.
Both companies are registered with GST to be traded in waste and memo, and pamper the availability of fraud and passing input tax loans (ITC) to RS 11.80 Crore and Rs 10.23 Crore, without receiving goods or services in violations of the provisions of the Law CGST.
Further release states that both companies use fake ITCs from a cheatly made entity.
Therefore, both were arrested in the provision of CGST Act 2017 and was produced in front of the head of Hon’Ble Metropolitan Magistrate Esplanade, Mumbai.
They have been returned to the 14-day trial detention.
