New Delhi: University of Delhi St Stephen’s College began the reception process for various undergraduate courses on Thursday.
Universities have separate application forms and candidates who are interested in registering in the Portal of the University of Delhi and then completing the application process for college.
The last date for the application is August 31.
Like last year, universities will not hold entrance tests because the Coronavirus pandemic while the interview will be held online.
“Because the situation of the ongoing pandemics, interviews will be conducted online,” read the college prospectus.

Interviews have three components: ‘academic’, ‘ko-curricular’ and ‘general awareness and sense of values’.
University Delhi holds an achievement-based acceptance based on cut-off.
St Stephen’s College released a separate cut-off list which was given an 85 percent moving, and the remaining 15 percent battery was given to online interviews.
Before the pandemic, HATAGE 15 percent was divided between tests and written interviews.
There are six parts of the campus application form.
To proceed to the next section, the candidate must move to the next section by clicking the ‘Save and Next’ button at the end of each part.
Candidates are required to upload their photos, copies of their scanned signatures, and certificates to complete the application process.
College will not conduct sports trials for reception under the ‘sports category’
“Applicants must note that the sign given for certificates, academic performance and interviews at St Stephen’s College will be proportional to 45 percent, each of which is 40 percent and 15 percent,” said Prospektus.
The College said in its prospect that would consider the last three years certificate – starting May 1, 2018 to 30 April 2021.
“There are no changes and additions that can be done after payment of the cost and settlement of section six,” College said.
Candidates that appear for interviews must save the mold of interview summons, and the original copy of the certificate of birth date (secondary school certificate) and qualification check marking.
Candidates from the Christian category must submit a copy of the baptism certificate / confirmation certificate (valid from at least two years before the last date to receive the application).
If the candidate belongs to the church who practices adult baptism, the certificate of child candidate in childhood is needed, said the prospectus.
Christian candidates must also submit a recommendation letter from the parish priest, supported by the Church Bishop or equal or higher authority, a candidate membership letter in a church and a member of the two parents’ membership in the church.

Out of the chair intended for Christian students, the 50 percent seat was reserved for those who were included in the North Indian Church while the other half would be filled by candidates belonging to Delhi’s diocese, the North Indian Church, who managed college, it said.
College will notify the date to release the cut-off and interview for all courses on the website.
