BHOPAL: The Supreme court has requested a trial courtroom on Madhya Pradesh to complete the trial and announce that the ruling ‘e-tendering’ scam in 12 months.
The apex court disregarded a special leave petition (SPL) bail request filed by a member of those accused who was in prison for the past couple of decades.
Order has been issued .
“We aren’t likely to interfere with the impugned judgment borne from the High Court.
Consequently, the Special Leave Petition is ignored.
On the other hand, the trial court is led to complete the trial and announce the judgment in a period of one year from the date of receipt of this copy of the purchase.
