Patna: The General Election Commission (EC) on Saturday prohibits the use of the symbol of the name and selection of LJP, bungalows, and asked for rival factions, led by JULI MP Chirag Paswan and his uncle Pashupati Kumar Paras, until October 4, names.
Where they can be recognized by commissions and symbols that can be allocated for marked candidates, if any, by each group at Bypolls for Tarapur and Kusheshwar Astan seat assembly in Bihar, to be held on October 30.
The temporary order, the EC has directed both groups to show the name of the three free symbols so that one of them can be allocated to their candidates.
Both groups have also been directed to be submitted, on November 5, each document to support their claims for substantive hearing in their disputes.
The Landing EC must have an upset of the Chirag, which has announced to involve his party’s candidate against JD (U) at Bypolls which became October 8 for nominating submissions.
On the other hand, the leaders of NDA claim that the paras will campaign for candidates JD (U).
On June 14, Paras told EC that he was chosen as the LJP leader in Parliament.
On June 17, the former parliamentary member Surajbhan Singh proposed that the Paras had been elected as the National President of the LJP.
Two days later, the Paras told the EC about the newly formed LJP National Executive Committee.
