Kolkata: By asserting that the Covid-19 situation in Bengal was “fully controlled”, the head of West Bengal Minister Mamata Banerjee on Monday insisted that the Election Commission must immediately announce the date for the Bypolls delayed to seven seat assembly seats.
He also said that EC must ensure that the democratic rights of people are not restricted.
