Bhubaneswar: Wing Wing Wing (EOW) from the Crime Branch has registered a cheating case against Trident Properties Private Limited, a real estate company, for allegedly deceiving some flat buyers in Bhubaneswar.
Eoh registered the case following a recent direction by the Orissa High Court.
The Resident Trident Galaxy Welfare Association has submitted a complaint with EOH accusing that the brokers sell it in the flats in Paikarapur, on the outskirts of the city, without providing basic facilities.
The association recently moved the High Court who accused that EOW did not register their case.
“We have booked a flat in 2011.
We paid a full amount to the builder.
The company has assured to provide certain facilities in homes.
But the company denies its promise and sells us flats without basic facilities, adequate.
Electricity and water supply,” said Secretary of the Arindam Choudhury Association.
Eow said his investigation was underway.
“We have registered the case on July 31 under the 420 section (cheating), 467 (valuable security forgery, will), 468 (forgery to get rid of cheating), 471 (using as an original electronic document) and 120- B (punishment for conspiracy Criminal), “said an Eow officer.

“The accusation of us is wrong and unfounded.
